Welcome

In a day where multiple voices call for our attention, it is often difficult to hear a clear word spoken. We believe our lives are shaped and directed by the words and commands of Jesus who tells us to love others (the Great Commandment) and to proclaim the good news (the Gospel) to all the world (the Great Commission). As such, we strive to be an open and receiving people, recognizing the touch of God within each of us. The Nicene Creed serves as a statement of the faith we place in God who has been revealed to us in the life and ministry of Jesus and who continues with us through the power and presence of his Spirit.

He (Jesus) said to him, "'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'

Matthew 22:37-39

And Jesus came and said to them, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

Matthew 28:18-20
